Job Description

The Product Management Director will focus on aligning existing product features of Leadbook Sales Development platform with the market to assess and bring new product features to market. This role is required to work with the sales and technology teams and to meet with prospective clients and partners to understand market requirements.
The Product Management Director develops new product strategies and own products through the entire product life cycle: defining product and features requirements, maintain product backlog of priorities with engineering, monitor progress of the product and support product release process, product pricing, product marketing and sales with clients.
The primary goal of the Product Management Director is to formulate new product features based on business requirements and to manage the integration into the core product suite working alongside the engineering team.
Being a start-up with lean resources will mean you are expected to wear different hats which could include joining sales meetings, managing campaigns, generating reports for campaigns, amongst other roles. It also means possibility to move into other roles or locations as we grow the business.
You will be responsible for leading the direction of our Product
You will be responsible for the Product strategy and roadmap generation ; Alignment with other stakeholders on overall roadmap ; Roadmap should be based on: “Big Picture” understanding of overall business objectives and Understanding of current user pain points and needs
Gain a deep understanding of customer experience, identify and fill product gaps and generate new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growth
Develop product pricing and positioning strategies
Translate product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes
Scope and prioritize activities based on business and customer impact
Work closely with engineering teams to deliver with quick time-to-market and optimal resources
Drive product launches
Act as a product evangelist to build awareness and understanding
Work directly with the CSO on developing new and innovative solution
Relentless in ensuring clean code, flexible and configurable platform solutions

The ideal candidate would possess the following:

MS/BS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent preferred
Min 5 years product management experience in software/online industry
Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies
Experienced with Cloud/Data Platform
Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle
Understanding of technical architecture to produce technically feasible strategy / roadmap
Ability to lead cross-functional teams through influence versus direct management; excellent interpersonal skills for interacting at every level of the organization
Ability to make smart trade-offs between features and complexity; experience using data and metrics to back up assumptions of business value
Knowledge of advanced big data or social media analysis tools required
Self-starter, Natural planner who looks ahead, raises issues, resolves them, and meet deadlines
Proven ability to develop product and marketing strategies and effectively communicate recommendations to executive management
Strong problem solving skills and willingness to roll up one’s sleeves to get the job
Possess business analysis & process modelling skills
Experience working with the full web stack and how it works from server to database to web browser
Keep up with the latest tech trends and best practices – and be able to share it with the team
Website optimization experience and responsiveness a plus
Obsessive attention to detail
Ablility to analyze, optimize, and simplify workflows
Ability to effectively communicate with other team members and work in a collaborative environment
