We are looking for strong candidates with 1 – 2 years of proven working experience in digital marketing. Candidates must showcase interest in startups and more specifically in finance and technology. Successful candidates will be hired on a 3 month probation with potential conversion to full-time hire.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Plan and execute all web, SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns to drive installs to our app and online traffic to the company website / landing pages
Design, build and maintain our social media and online presence across Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Stocktwits, Blog etc.
Collaborate with designer to develop and manage digital marketing campaigns and assets
Track relevant metrics and analyse data to measure the effectiveness of all digital marketing campaigns against KPIs and optimise spend
Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies follow through with implementation & measurement of growth experiments
Research on user and customer experience and work with developers optimise acquisition, activation and retention metrics across multiple channels and customer touch points
Key Requirements
Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns
Experience in setting up and optimising Google Adwords campaigns
Experience in optimizing landing pages using A/B and multivariate experiments
Strong knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends)
Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints
Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
Good writing and communication skills
Self-starter, be enthusiastic and spontaneous – Startup has no set rules, don’t wait for cue from others
Positive attitude and is willing to try new things and learn from mistakes
